Deputy Chief Kramer joined the fire service in 1997 and brings 24 years of Fire Fighting Experience with him all from around Okaloosa County.

He joined the East Niceville Fire District in 2010  and quickly earned the rank of Captain and in 2021 was promoted to the rank of Deputy Chief.
